Quality Control

Strong quality control throughout the entire production process enables us to ensure the required high quality and functionality of each product. Each product undergoes the following quality control phases:

1. Quantitative and qualitative inspection of wood at purchase and prior to sawing

2. Sorting materials immediately after initial sawing

3. Material quality control and sorting during shortening and end-butting

4. Quality is inspected in the course of all production by each specific worker and on a case-by-case basis by managers

5. Products are stacked and individual stacks are marked with a label with the name of the worker responsible for quality

6. The last step is a final inspection of pallets at dispatch by a worker and trained driver

Our goal is customer satisfaction.
